Ok, this is not my recipe. It's from Kraft. 3 step cheesecake.
I love cheesecake, my family loves cheesecake. Not only is this the best one (and I've tried several) it is by far the easiest. It's also really cheap to make and store bought cheesecake is very expensive. I actually like to use this new granola crust I have found. Sometimes I make my own crust. Any time I have made this for an event, I get tons of compliments. If you like cheesecake or if you need to make something for an event, you should def try this!
Prep Time:
10 min
Total Time:
3 hr 50 min
Makes:
8 servings
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
POUR into crust.
BAKE 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
I am so making this! stupid questions now...lol Does it have to be Philadelphia cream cheese or can it be store brand? The Honey Maid Graham pie crust are the pre-made ones, right?
ReplyDelete@ Jennifer. You can use any cream cheese. And yes, the graham crusts are the pre-made ones but you can get the store brand of those too or whatever is on sale and/or you have a coupon for lol
